Vulcanized fiber has good mechanical processing performance and flame retardancy, oil resistance, and can process parts under a wide temperature range of -40 ℃ to 100 ℃. Our vulznized fiber products were made from mixed wood and cotton refining pulp through our unique manufacturing process and zinc chloride treatment, the vulcanized fiber has good density, tensile strength, and flatness, with a smooth and delicate surface that does not fade.
